Curry Chicken Salad

2 cups of canned chicken (drained)

3/4 cup celery

1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries

1/4 cup avocado or olive oil mayo

2 tsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 Tbsp curry powder

1/4 tsp ground pepper

sprinkle of sea salt

3 Tbsp walnuts, pecans or cashews

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.

2. Spread over salad or sandwich bread.

3. Enjoy!

sunflower seeds
