Mississippi Roast

A hearty crock pot meal for when you are low on time. This roast goes great with rice, pasta or potatoes.


Ingredients

3-4 pound chuck roast

1 packet of dry Ranch dressing mix

1 packet Au Jus mix

1 stick of butter

10 pepperoncini peppers (from jar)

  • No need to chop peppers up. They break up while cooking.

Add all ingredients to a slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Shred and serve with your favorite side.
